They are the guardians in the Vongola. They are all in their ten years later forms except for Tsuna(one with fire) and Reborn(the baby). From the information I got, the *TYL ones are all taller than 180cm. The one with his jacket unbuttoned is 193cm, and the one with blue hair is 193.5cm.
And as for the first pic, Hibari was saving Chrome so that Mukuro would'nt get killed. I almost mistaken Hibari for a women.(Sorry Hibari please don't kamikorosu me)
And Mukuro was fighting Byakuran. A word for Byakuran: dare to make Mukuro blind, I'll kill you.
Mukuro's part ended when Byakuran was about to finish him off...Luckly in the manga Chrome said that he was still alive. Mukuro sama I miss you~( the truth is I can't wait to see Hibari kamikorosu you)
